Shabby Chic …. and some news

Today I would like to show you a project I made for the Fashionista Challenge blog. The theme is Shabby Chic. Along with making this project I am very proud to announce that I am now part of the Fashionista Design Team!!!! Woohoo!!

For this challenge we want to see your ‘no noses and no mouth’ stamped creations in a shabby chic style.

Everyone has their own idea of what shabby chic is and this is mine …. I love the Stampendous Frantage Embossing enamels, they make everything look great. I used the gold and the white for this card. The mat behind Tilda I cut out on my Silhouette Cameo and then inked the edges with Broken China distress ink. I added some lace and these gorgeous Prima Flowers. I inked and embossed the Spellbinders Decorative Labels 1 and Grand Labels 1.

I stamped Tilda with Spun Sugar distress ink onto Make it Colour blending card and colored her with the following Copics:

  • Skin – E11, E21, E000, R12, R11
  • Hair – E57, E35, E33
  • Clothes – BG07, BG05, BG02, BG01, RV11, RV10
  • Ice cream – E13, E11, E42, E41, E40, RV11, RV10

Thanks for stopping by and visiting and I hope you will join our month long challenge at Fashionista.
